This course is relevant for coaches working with adults and young people who participate in equestrian sport for competitive recreation motives.

No single resource can convey everything that a coach should know and do, but "Coaching Excellence" does the next best thing by building on the basics to provide a wealth of information to enable coaches to become more adept. Additional resources include an action plan template to help you or your client work through the coaching exercise and end up with a clear and measurable action plan as well as further background information and coaching ideas around the broader subject. The 14th ICCE Global Coach Conference (GCC) is coming to Singapore from 29 November to 3 December 2023. Our Coaching for Excellence Program will not only help your leaders’ skill development in the short-term; the mindset shifts we implement will ensure that we create the right culture of coaching within your organization for the long-term.Stage 2 included the development of a first full draft of the statement and the rationale paper by the core authors. He co-authored Cutting Edge Cricket and was the editor for Better Coaching Advanced Manual, both published by Human Kinetics.

Stage 3 was composed of a global consultation with the International Council for Coaching Excellence (ICCE) member base.Julian has authored numerous articles, books, book chapters, and reports in sport, coaching, and beyond. This comprehensive manual focuses on the three key facets of coaching: roles and responsibilities of a coach; plans and methods that stem from the core values and that are implemented in achieving the major goals of the programme; and, applications of the sport sciences to enhance fitness and the technical, tactical and mental skills of athletes.
