A Ki No Bi Gin gift set from The Kyoto Distillery, a perfect gift or way to sample the delightful gins from Japan! KI NO BI Dry Kyoto Dry Gin is created with Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu from the north of Kyoto Prefecture, hinoki wood chips (Japanese cypress), bamboo, gyokuro tea from the Uji region and green sansho (Japanese peppercorn) berries. Gentle sweetness like white chocolate spreads slowly, then a distinct juniper flavour comes to the force. This elaborate process demands tasting skills, product development knowledge and precise data management. Ki No Bi transates as The Beauty of the Seasons, the style is insired by tradition with a distinct Japanese accent. The botanicals are grouped into six flavour camps, which are individually distilled before being expertly blended. It helps us understand the number of visitors, where the visitors are coming from, and the pages they navigate. We spent a lot of time and effort in perfecting our KI NO BI recipe, both to ensure absolute harmony between the various botanicals, and to be certain that our gin speaks of its home in Kyoto. The limited edition expression made with a carefully selected blend of teas, including Tencha and Gyokuro, have been added to the botanical recipe (Hinoki cypress, yuzu and juniper and more) which imparts an intense aroma and depth of flavour.

The data collected including the number visitors, the source where they have come from, and the pages viisted in an anonymous form. Distilled at Japan’s first dedicated gin distillery, built in Kyoto in 2014, it is made with obsessive attention to detail, care and precision, from a high-quality rice spirit and Japanese botanicals such as yuzu, lemon, sansho pepper, ginger and gyokuro tea.
