About this deal

Since it has a low resolution your graphed lines won’t look as pretty, and some of the menus will have abbreviated words. And each selection can only be 3-4 characters wide so there are lots of abbreviations that are hard to understand. The SolveN facility solves many types of equation, as presented (even trig equations with multiple angles, e. xxxx or later (the xxx's are numbers which don't matter for this discussion) then your calculator has a SH4 CPU. Taking everything into account: ease of use, features, build quality, display clarity, suitability for school/college use, nothing else comes near.

You can only see 6 command options at a time (5 if the option to scroll is taking up one of those slots). Casio’s 9750 series is the budget alternative in a lineup of Casio graphing calculators that is already the affordable alternative to Texas Instruments. Upon closer inspection, however, there are some other significant differences to be found between them which I will highlight in this review. I would like to ask you if it would be possible to create parametric matrices on the Casio fx-9750GII graphing calculator, that is, to have matrices whose elements are a function of parameters and always have the results with the parameters.

The fx-9750GII is an basic graphic calculator, capable of plotting graphs and data charts, calculating probability distributions and matrix arithmetic.

In fact, sometimes I have seen it for half of the big name calculators, and yet you can have a brand new graphing calculator. Once you enter your functions and create your table you can see up to three functions at a time without scrolling. You can check what version of the OS you have already, by checking the Memory application in the calculator. This is one of the smaller graphing calculators on the market, but it’s still big enough to see the screen clearly, and the buttons are a nice size as well. As the model is a cut-down fx-9860GII, selecting that under Graphic Models will bring you to the correct software. Assuming it was allowed in an A-level Maths exam; in many instances, its extra facilities wouldn't compensate for it being slower to use. The fx-9750GII doesn't have the hardware for the backlight, and doesn't have the SD card support found in the fx-9860GII SD.

Whatever the reason, for a calculator that's almost universally adopted by college students, both here and overseas, it's disgusting that Casio haven't put this right! So if you are already familiar with BASIC, or you have programmed other calculators, programming this one won’t be too hard to learn how to do. The fx-9750GII graphs lines about twice as fast as the TI-84 Plus CE (Texas Instruments’ newest TI-84 calculator). Labelling on the retail packaging of this model varies, sometimes being the same as its direct predecessor, or sometimes using the label "USB Power Graphic 2", although the -2 is not printed on the case, neither is there anything else obvious to distinguish it from its predecessor.
